This extremely talented show prospect is sired by WC KDS Star Wars, a full brother to our own KDS Perfect. His dam, one of our star producers, is a maternal sister to the beautiful Ben's Rhapsody, World Champion Cingate Vincent's Song and several other wonderful horses. Sarde's Get Up Stand Up made his show ring debut at the 2010 Morgan Weanling Gala, placing in the top ten, which is quite a feat with the quality and size of the Gala in New England. Kudos to Anne Benson and Rick Stevens, who prepared this nice colt for the Gala, and also to Phil Fountain and Jaisen von Ballmoos who assisted in their presentation. He made two solid showings in 2011, winning the Reserve Grand Champion Stallion title at Connecticut and then placing a highly respectable third in a large class of Yearling Colts at New England. He has since been gelded and is now longlining like a pro. We hope to see him hooked soon, but encourage interested parties to contact Anne Benson soon before his price goes up!
